Processing Time
All items are made to order, with a processing time of 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday). You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking (if applicable) once your order is on its way.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. While we do our best to ensure smooth shipping, occasional delays with USPS or other carriers are outside of our control.

If you run into any delivery issues (lost, delayed, no updates on scans, or marked as delivered but not received), please reach out to us at mysticbluumoonstickers@gmail.com. We’ll do everything we can to help track your package or offer a resolution.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns. This helps us keep production efficient, reduce waste, and offer unique, handcrafted items to our customers.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mysticbluumoonstickers@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used or opened items

  • Sale items or gift cards


🛒 Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 5 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in production.
