Important Use & Care Information (Please Read)

⚠️ Opening the grip by pulling from the acrylic topper puts direct pressure on the silicone tabs and can cause them to break. I will not replace grips when the tabs are broken as this is a clear sign of normal operation. It is not a defect.

✔️ The correct and safest way to open the grip is from the bottom of the retractable part, not the topper.

Damage caused by pulling from the acrylic topper, pulling straight up, or applying pressure to the silicone tabs is considered user-related wear, not a defect, and will not be replaced. A simple fix is to use crazy glue, jewelry glue, UV resin with UV light, or any glue that adheses to plastic and silicone.

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage so your package comes with tracking and insurance. While this option costs a little more than basic letter shipping, it ensures your order is scanned, traceable, and protected if something goes wrong. A feature not available with the cheaper letter version.

Using Ground Advantage also allows me to file a Missing Mail report if your package ever gets lost or stuck in transit. This way, we’re not left wondering where your order is—it gives both of us peace of mind.

• It’s normal for tracking to show little movement for up to a week, especially during busy seasons.
