• If your item arrives damaged or there’s a missing item, you must report it within 48 hours of the tracking showing “delivered” to qualify for a free replacement. Photos are required so I can document it with the postal carrier.
• Free replacements only apply to damage that happens during shipping.
Once an order is delivered in good condition and used, I’m not able to replace it for free.
