When buying from my shop, you are agreeing to my stated processing and shipping policies. Processing time is 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). As a one-woman show, I believe this timeframe is fair — it allows me to carefully prepare each order while balancing family life. Many orders include 3–7 items or more, which means I’m often managing 80+ items at once between multiple shops. To keep up, I even adjust the flow of my other shops so I can meet the demand of MysticBluuStickers.

Once your package is ready, I drop it off with USPS. From there, delivery speed depends on their routes and your location — East Coast addresses usually arrive faster, while West Coast can take a bit longer.

I aim to ship within my stated timeframe, and I appreciate your understanding of the difference between processing, shipping, and delivery. This helps reviews reflect my service fairly while giving you confidence that your order is truly in good hands 💌✨

All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage so your package comes with tracking and insurance. While this option costs a little more than basic letter shipping, it ensures your order is scanned, traceable, and protected if something goes wrong. A feature not available with the cheaper letter version.

Using Ground Advantage also allows me to file a Missing Mail report if your package ever gets lost or stuck in transit. This way, we’re not left wondering where your order is—it gives both of us peace of mind.

• It’s normal for tracking to show little movement for up to a week, especially during busy seasons.
• If your order hasn’t updated in over 2 weeks (in pre-transit or in transit), please reach out to me so I can step in and help.

Because each item is handmade, I do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

• If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of the tracking showing “delivered” to qualify for a free replacement. Photos are required so I can document it with the postal carrier.

• Free replacements only apply to damage that happens during shipping.
Once an order is delivered in good condition and used, I’m not able to replace it for free.

• Resin and acrylic are durable but not impact-proof.
Cracks, chips, or breaks can occur if dropped, hit, or bumped. This is not considered a defect.

• If damage happens after delivery (post 48 hour grace period), I offer a discounted replacement option.
This helps with accidental breakage while still respecting the handmade nature of the item.

• Small cracks due to accidental drops may be repairable by reapplying uv resin.
