Care Tips:
These care tips are here to help prevent damage and keep your grip lasting as long as possible:
• The MagSafe grip is made with acrylic, which is naturally delicate — always handle with care.
• To remove, gently slide the grip sideways. Never pull directly upward.
• Do not tug on the grip or the acrylic topper, as this can cause stress and possible breakage.
• The acrylic topper is securely glued, but like all glued items, excessive force may weaken it over time.
• Keep away from extreme heat, moisture, or harsh cleaning chemicals, as these can damage the adhesive and finish.
• While no damage has ever been reported, following these steps ensures your grip stays secure and long-lasting.

Magnetic Ring Sticker:
• A magnetic ring sticker is included for customers who don’t have a MagSafe-compatible case or phone.
• Apply the sticker directly to your case (centered) for best results — this ensures the grip locks properly.
• Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying to prevent peeling.
• Once placed, allow it to set for 12–24 hours before attaching the grip for maximum hold.

Quality Assurance:
Each grip is carefully checked by hand before leaving my studio. I personally open and close every grip to ensure it works smoothly and securely. Each one is then packaged with protective bubble wrap to help it arrive safely to you.

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage so your package comes with tracking and insurance. While this option costs a little more than basic letter shipping, it ensures your order is scanned, traceable, and protected if something goes wrong. A feature not available with the cheaper letter version.

Using Ground Advantage also allows me to file a Missing Mail report if your package ever gets lost or stuck in transit. This way, we’re not left wondering where your order is—it gives both of us peace of mind.

📦 What to Expect:
• It’s normal for tracking to show little movement for up to a week, especially during busy seasons.
• If your order hasn’t updated in over 2 weeks (in pre-transit or in transit), please reach out to me so I can step in and help.
